On February 24, the National Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development publicized the “Notice of 2017 2nd Batch of Construction Enterprise Qualifications List”. China MCC5 Group Corp. successfully acquired the super-grade construction general contracting qualification for municipal public works and Class A Design Qualification for municipal public works. Up to now, MCC5 owns three super-grade construction general contracting qualifications separately for metallurgical works, building works and municipal public works, and 3 Class A Design Qualifications separately for metallurgical works, building works (architectural buildings, civil air defense works) and municipal public works. MCC5 becomes one of a few construction enterprises with “3 super-grade and 3 Class A” qualifications.

The super-grade qualifications are the highest qualifications for construction enterprises approved by the National Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. The acquirement of super-grade construction general contracting qualification for municipal public works indicates that MCC5 is more competitive in undertaking the municipal public works.
