At 9:58 am of June 30, under the witness of the Employer’s representative and the Supervision Company, the first steel beam was lifted into position, which indicated that the main workshop steel structure work of Plant Relocation & Expansion Project (Phase 1) of Coca Cola (Yunnan) Beverage Co. Ltd. entered the full erection stage. This project has been undertaken by MCC5 Group Shanghai Corp. Ltd.
This project is located in High-Tech Industrial Base of Majinpu New City of Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is planned to have the flooring area (95632.40㎡) and the built-up area (111447㎡).
The construction scope of Phase 1 includes：Earthwork, concreting and foundation, steel structure, internal & external decoration work, plumbing work, HVAC, mechanical –electrical erection work of the following unit works: Phase 1 of main workshop （71600㎡ built-up area，including main steel structure and cladding）, registration room, guardroom & link corridor, drivers’ rest room, underground water tank, pump room & boiler room, rainwater collecting tank, bicycle shed, waste water station, ammonia compressor room, solid wastes recycling station, chemicals storage, gas station, and outdoor work. The steel structure erection quantity is totally 5020t.
